Kupukupu Center

Our Mission is to provide a center where diverse cultural and healing art forms can be shared and practiced with the aims of transforming our communities, ourselves and uplift spirits. Kupukupu can translate from Hawaiian in several different ways depending on how it is being used. For our intention, most simply Kupu means “to grow or sprout” and the Kupukupu fern is one of the first plants to bring life back to the land after a lava flow and initiates the coming of the forest. The heart of Kupukupu Center is being an oasis for transformation.
